A truly awesome strat set, developed to give good strats with rosewood fingerboards that unique fifties maple board tone, Aged and bevelled Alnico V poles together with our own aged and distressed covers give these pickups a fabulous vintage feel. They are only available in matched sets and each pickup has a dc resitance of approximately 5.4 k ohms.
They are loud and crisp with plenty of complicated detail and harmonics. They are NOT replacements for 50's pickups.
For the first time we are offering these pickups loaded into a scratchplate, which means you only have two wires to solder before you can be hearing all the great sounds you guitar can produce.
